Ascend Obstacle Training offers ninja warrior classes and training for all ages as well as fitness classes, personal training, and more. Our head coaches, American Ninja Warrior competitors Matt D'Amico and Lucas Reale, aim to inspire and encourage athletes of all levels. We are conveniently located within the Kingston Collection (the mall) in Kingston, MA.

At Ascend, we are a community of athletes of all ages, levels, and backgrounds. Our members come from as far as Cape Cod, Boston, and throughout the South Shore of Massachusetts. Many members are families of children and their parents and guardians, all who have found a second home at Ascend.
