Agility Clinic with Coach Aiden
The Ascend Agility Clinic is designed for athletes looking to enhance their speed, agility, and overall athletic performance. Over the course of the program, participants will focus on refining their running mechanics, increasing impact speed, and improving obstacle agility. In addition, athletes will learn proper warm-up techniques, dynamic stretching before workouts, and static stretching for recovery. Participants may join us for some or all sessions, choose what works for your schedule!

Each training session is carefully planned by Aiden Shanley to challenge and develop athletes' speed, agility, and overall performance. Sessions will be 90 minutes long, held twice a week, and structured as follows:

15-20-minute dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for high-intensity movement

60 minutes of focused training, including:

Agility courses

Sprint workouts

Leg-strengthening exercises

10-15-minute cooldown and static stretching for recovery and injury prevention

These sessions are designed to challenge athletes and push them beyond their limits in a structured and supportive environment, helping them build speed, power, and agility efficiently. This camp is intended for athletes who are serious about advancing their skills and committed to improving their performance.

About the Coach
Aiden has been training in Ninja for six years and competed in track and field for three years during high school. His primary events were the 100-meter dash, long jump, and triple jump, with personal bests of:

100m Dash: 11.54 seconds

Long Jump: 20' 3"

Triple Jump: 41' 7"
Aiden is best known for his speed in Ninja, particularly his ability to sprint through courses without hesitation. His passion for running drives him to help athletes achieve their own speed and agility goals, whether on the course, the track, or the field. His mission is to guide athletes toward their personal bests in a supportive and structured environment.
